Oh my gosh, we would love Joanne! She seemed awesome. Haven't met Glenn. We had Rodrigo on our last cruise and when we had a situation with our room (that forced us to move to another cabin for the night so they could fix), he was less than friendly - so would prefer not to have him again. :(
