This is the way we did it on our last cruise 5 years ago. I was surprised that instructions that came with the tags said to put them on before checking our luggage at the airport. FWIW we made out own airline reservations, but Disney does know we're coming in the night before.

Same here. We just decided not to sign up for another an skip doing a FE.

Is there some kind of deadline? I mean, do we have to have our FE organized 7 months in advance or we can't do it?

We'll be up for a small FE group as well. We'll have 4 of us, kids will be 14 & 11 at the time of the cruise.

Oh no, you don't want me organizing it. I'll participate, but definitely not the monster to organize. :)

That's a thought, but I think they would be un-bearable for the next 12mo! :) Last cruise it was an x-mas surprise for a Jan 15th sailing, and they were CRAZY, but that was our first cruise, a 7 night EC.
