We have only rented from the Poly but we loved it! My favorite part was boating over to see what's left of River Country! Really cool to get a close up view and snap some pics! Enjoy!

It may be a glitch. This happened to me a few months ago for my February dates when I tried looking at rooms on line. I called and there were plenty available for my dates at my desired resort. The cast member said this has been happening quite a bit on the website.

We used them about 2 years ago for a birthday surprise except we had the gift delivered to the room so that when our Mom came back from the park it was already in the room! Had a great experience and our Mom was really surprised! Definitely pricy but they allow you to make substitutions as needed!

Agreed except if they end up being 3 adults and 2 teenagers, a 1-bedroom at the Beach Club or Boardwalk won't work. They only sleep four with 1 child under 3. :)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the OP wasn't asking if you're allowed to tip CMs at the front desk. He was asking if you have the same experience he does when checking into Disney hotels because the CMs can't accept tips. :)
