Hi, We just reserved a suite for the first time last nite. We are staying at Anaheim Desert Inn, and they seem to have a few different options depending on how many people you have going. We have 3 adults and 2 kids, so we thought the extra space would be worth it.

I've done the best western a handful of times- never very expensive, and have never had any issues there.

How do AP find out about the pre registration? Do you receive emails? We have been APs for 4 years now and have never received anything. I looked online today, but it said pre registration was last year, and that it was closed.

Not a dumb question - growing up in NJ, I was also unfamiliar with these CA drought issues. Anyway, one thing I've noticed they do (which makes sense) is not offer water automatically when you sit down at restaurants. Other than that, you probably won't notice any differences.

We are fans of the 2 best westerns (park place and Anaheim maybe?). They are both very close, not too expensive, and clean- good enough for a 1-2 night stay.

Lines for IASW can get pretty long during holidays- I would suggest doing it earlier in the morning, but be sure to walk by it later in the evening to see the lights

I think the 2 weeks after Halloween has been relatively quiet - it's great bc they start decorating for Christmas, but without the huge crowds.

Hi, Personally, I think the fast passes are fine. Usually, we pick them up right away, and then don't worry about it for the rest of the day. Just get to WOC about 30-45 minutes early, and you should be fine

You can get free buttons from city hall, or ask at any store- they usually have some in their drawers. They have birthday buttons, first time buttons, anniversary buttons (I think), and 1-2 more.

We brought our DD, 4, and she loved it - didn't really care about any of the info, but loved the special car, and just being on the train in general. And the CM was very nice to us all, and gave her a button which was her favorite part!
