Before you submit your design, you have to check a box that says your design doesn't violate any copyright. I don't know if they double-check it before producing it though. We are using some pictures from a past Disney Cruise, for which we have a copyright.

I just checked some pictures of a Wonder 4A stateroom and they show a single coat hook next to the mirror. Edit: Other stateroom pics show the single coat hook, too.
