We always contact shoreside concierge and get the email address and just make friendly contact. Then they tell us to email all requests , which we do at the 150 (I guess 125 day mark now). Has worked well for our last 3 cruises that we sailed CL. Getting info on these boards is very helpful...

When you check in at the Hyatt they normally give you a printed instruction sheet that also is a form to catalog your group and number of bags. It is actually very easy and we will only stay at the Hyatt when leaving on a Disney Cruise.
