Ok I have 2 funny stories to add:
On one trip we saw a lady driving one of those electric scooter things and her family was behind her. She drove straight into one of the ropes in the que line and her family was yelling stop, stop, stop but I guess she didnt know how to drive the thing so...
I also can ride Tower of Terror and Rockin Roller coaster with no problems. But when I rode the original Mission Space I felt a little quesy. The next trip they had the "green" Mission Space and it was great no problems. It is still a good ride just without the g-force of the spinning.
I second the opinion of BonnieA. We have stayed at the Quality Inn Maingate West several times, usually for the first night of our vacation. It is a basic inexpensive motel. Usually has good prices directly from there website. Free continental breakfast is great for free!
Thanks for the info. I thought I read that the self parking is about $8 a day. I thinks thats ridicoulus but oh well. Is there any free wireless anywhere or are you stuck with paying? Thanks
What are the extra fees that you are charged at the Swan besides the room rate. I have heard about parking fees? Resort fees? etc.... I am just trying to get our finances figured out before we leave. Thanks for any info.
:hourglass
Oh well I am sure we will still enjoy the Swan. Paying for parking when you are paying to stay at the hotel is a pet peeve of mine. We live in the panhandle of FL so we drive to Disney but then park and dont touch the car untill we leave, we like to let Disney do the driving. Still very...
We will be staying at the Swan for the 1st time in Dec. for our 7 year anniversary. I love reading these posts about the swan and dolphin. Am I understanding that there is a charge for self parking at the hotel if you are staying there that seems strange to me I hope I misunderstood? Also we...
We will be staying at the Swan for the first time in December. We cant wait, we are usually All-Star value resort people so this is a real treat for our 7 year anniversary. :dance3: :dance3: :yay:
I have always wanted to go on a Disney cruise for 7 days and then maybe stay at Grand Floridian, Animal Kingdom Lodge, or Wilderness Lodge. This would be so cool if somebody won the lottery and put everybody up at the same place. :dance3:
OH BOY! That is not what I wanted to hear we leave tommorrow for Disney and PC. 1st night we will be off property but then June 1st PC for 4 nights. I hope it is ok when we are there. :stir:
I hope everything is good for our trip. We will be there June 1st. How busy were the parks? Did you request a room in the 70's or is that what you were assigned? Thanks
WOW! you are right they are all over ebay. I cant believe this well anything to make a buck. I have been giving away my extras to family and friends.
:rotfl2:
I may be in the minority here but we did the free dining thing last year and said we wouldnt do it again. It didnt work for us because it was way more food than we could eat but we felt obligated to eat everything that was included. Plus we didnt like having to be at a certain place and time...
