Connecting flight in Toronto - we have to go through customs??!! Help!

We recently went through Toronto coming to/from Copenhagen for the inaugural 7-night Norway cruise. We had 2 hours and 15 minutes going out and 2 hours and 30 minutes going back and both times had to run at near breakneck speed to make our flights. We didn't eat. We didn't stop for ANYTHING. And...

    Anyone Going to Aulani Soon?

I wish it were that easy but the Disney Store has the 12" bear and we have the 17" Duffy. The Aulani store had several specialty outfits for that size. Thanks for mentioning it though!

    Anyone Going to Aulani Soon?

We just got back from a wonderful trip last week (happy to answer any questions anyone might have) and one member of our party is having severe regret over not picking up a Duffy Aulani outfit. I tried calling Guest Services but they won't do mail orders. Is anyone going in the next month...

Brand New to DCL...is this possible?

Absolutely! You can purchase a Disney transfer to pick you up either from a WDW resort or the Orlando airport and bring you to the port. Same goes for post-cruise. You can either call Disney directly once you have a resort in mind, or tell your travel agent to book them. On the DCL site, you can...

    Question about Alaska excursion times

Our experience two weeks ago is that the train can easily get off schedule. For our Disney excursion, the train was almost an hour late, which delayed the start of our excursion and resulted in us arriving back later to the ship than expected. As they said in Skagway, the train runs on its own...

    Alaska cruise kid's concerns??

Many people were dressed up for Pirates night just like in the Caribbean. They gave you bandanas at dinner like usual and the characters were decked out in their special gear. The party was held in the atrium outside triton's. There was lots of pirate gear in the stores if you do not want to...

    Alaska cruise kid's concerns??

Was just on the wonder and they had Avengers in 3d, John Carter, Chimpanzee and Muppets I think in the theater. In the room, you had access to Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol, Sherlock Holmes 2,Tron, etc, so the selection of popular movies was very good we thought.

    temperature in Alaska???

Just got off the may 21 Alaska sailing. As someone from the snow belt on the east coast, am used to cool temperatures, but I felt I overpacked. We were pretty lucky about our sailing's weather, but in general, I would recommend a nice fleece jacket as an outer layer ( saw lots of north face...

    Alaska Excursions--post your reviews here!

Yes, we booked all our excursions through Disney. We had about 20 people for the White Pass railway and Yukon Suspension Bridge and the driver said we were really lucky as only 40 people on the entire ship got to see the bridge and it is a sight to behold, just as impressive if not more so than...

Welcome home May21 Alaska cruisers - how was it???

I'm really glad I didn't as I had surgery scheduled for 2 days after our return and washed my hands compulsively...don't know if it helped or not but gave me some peace of mind. :)

    Alaska Cruise Question

I second a room near the deck 7 lounge area at the back of the ship. When the ship turns around near the glacier, the views are spectacular. You could enjoy Alaska from any deck and room type, but my mother found the open decks cool and liked the shelter of the verandah and close proximity to tv...
