    Flower&Garden Food Payment Question

You can pay the same way you do anywhere else in the park :) They are running it somewhat like a mini-food & wine fest, they will take cash, gift cards, credit cards, dining plan, MBs, no problem!

    Hess gas station

Dasani for sure, I believe they also have Aquafina and SmartWater now (I know they have SmartWater in the parks). I don't like Dasani either. The green bottle was likely either a bottle of Pellegrino or Perrier. Which are gross, in my opinion. I'm absurdly picky about water (I HATE the fountain...

Here now. Question about a Doctor.

Any of the nearby urgent care centers should be able to assist you...docs rotate through those places so fast though, being able to pin one down is probably going to be tough. There's been a lot of "stomach bug" going around here, the good news is it seems to last only about 24 hours or so. I...

    Another Stupid FP+ question....

I haven't been to the parks since December, so forgive me if I've missed something. Most of the legacy FP machines are gone now (if not all of them) as I understand it. We have APs, no MBs for us yet. So how are we to utilize FPs? Can we link the app and make reservations that way? That stinks...

? about tickets with no expiration

The one caveat I forgot about....KNOW how many days are left on your tickets, just to make sure they're correct when they change them. My sister had 1 day left on each of 4 tickets. The CM handed them back and told them they each had FIVE days left. I have no idea whether my sister corrected...

? about tickets with no expiration

We just did this with my sister last week. Take the paper tickets to guest services, they will take them, and give you the new cards.

    Help please re: park opening

My family is vacationing here and insisting on going tomorrow, the 27th to MK. What time do we need to get there, do you think? Do we need to be there at rope drop? I'm just trying to guage what time we need to leave my house (45 minutes away roughly) to be there and be able to still get in.

    Off-site eating?

Cici's Pizza is cheap, Sweet Tomatoes is great. I don't care for Golden Corral, but we do really like a similar place, called Wood Fire Grill which is close by, and around the same price.

    The dreaded "hell week"

Early November is typically really nice, for weather and crowds. None of the local schools have vacations that time of year, they don't get vacation (other than a 3 day weekend) until Thanksgiving (4 day weekend) and the week of Christmas. My crazy family decided to plan a vacation from...

    Good Rides for Motion Problems

If you can get in with the ENT right before your trip, see if they can do a canalith repositioning maneuver. That should reduce some of it, at least enough to make you comfortable :) Our doctors show patients how to do several exercises themselves to do this, it's a common treatment for BPPV...

    Good Rides for Motion Problems

I have what's referred to sometimes as simulator sickness. So things that really move don't typically bother me, but anything simulated does. I can't play video games, and spinning things are so OUT of the question for me. The roller coasters though, don't. Have you tried Dramamine or Bonine...

    ADR for counter service??

This is new to me...I was looking for my sister to see what (if any) reservations may be available for dinner on 12/27, and one of the options is Tortuga Tavern? Is this a new thing, having reservations available at a counter service location???

For ALL the Laila perfume lovers....

While I LOVE Amazon, some things you have to be cautious of, because SO many sellers a third party, and Amazon is essentially just their shipper. Fragrances are a BIG problem on Amazon, many MANY times they're fakes, and usually cannot be returned. I ran into this issue with Burberry Brit perfume :(

    Parks ?

I second (or third!) this one. I'm sure they can do it at First Aid, but anyone with BP issues should have one. Amazon, or the local drugstore has them, definitely make sure it's calibrated, or just get a manual kit (taking a BP is super easy to do, you may be surprised!)

    August opinion?

I don't know about all that. I live here and I make every effort not to leave my home during August. August can typically be far more uncomfortable than even July. The "feels like" temperatures are usually pushing 100. It's miserably hot, you need gills just to breathe, and then you have to...

I know its too early to obsess about weather

That's generous....it frequently rains in my front yard and not my back yard.

I know its too early to obsess about weather

Cloudy and at least a 30% chance of rain are ALWAYS in the forecast for central FL. I'm pretty sure that's programmed into the template and they just plug the rest in.

FP+ Wishes Viewing Location - Pictures?

Those tables (lower tables) are reserved, however we've always been able to sit on the stairs leading TO the "lower tables" and it's a nice place to watch, but you won't be able to really see any of the projections on the castle if they're doing them generally.

    Not renewing APs?

We are most likely not renewing, but it's not about the FP+ thing, we've decided it's time for Universal APs. I have noticed a drop in the level of service in the parks (had an issue not too long back, waited over 30 minutes for our meals at a quick service location) and cast members who aren't...
