Disney Dream is bigger but it is sooo nice. So many things to do. Service is absolutely wonderful. I am sure you get the same service on either ship though. Whichever you choose you won't be disappointed.

Yes you can just go there and look around. Have you ever considered buying points from a DVC member and just staying at Animal Kingdom instead of a value resort. It is much nicer and far more room.

Delta does hold back seats. If you are a delta american express credit card holder you get preferred seating now. Otherwise just make sure you are at airport early enough to get your seats assigned together. If not most people will change seats with you so you can sit together. Good Luck

Get there early to get fast pass for toy story mania. The kids liked the playground area. American Idol is also there. Fantasmic show is a must. More to do there than you think.

I think that would be fine. I think as long as within reason, nobody would even care. They want you to have a magical time.

We take our kids and grandkids every year for free. It is so nice to spend time together. If you have the opportunity to have your kids with you, take advantage of it and just pay. The day may come they can't or don't want to vacation with you. You can't take your money with you and the kids...
