Gluten free cornbread, smoked chicken, ribs, gluten free Mac & cheese and gluten free shortcake. I asked about gluten free fried chicken and was told it wasn’t possible, there wasn’t a safe space to make it with the amount of allergies they get at one time. I was happy with the smoked chicken.

The surf and surf burger is made with real crab meat. Ask to see the mix. I did last time I was there and asked how it was made. The Chef even showed me the crab they use.
