I would also choose Chef Gordon for the ultimate dining experience. If he is not available my second choice would be the Spartina Grill. It's a small, quaint restaurant a few miles west of the resort. They make a great "shrimp and grits" and offer a varied menu. Good desserts too! Have fun...
