You might want to contact recruiting just in case. It might not look the greatest if you apply twice in once season, regardless of the situation.

Spring '16 and spring '17 apps dropped in August, so that's probably when she'll want to start looking. Either after apps close or close to when they open, there is a link that says "opt in for season notice" which will email you when apps open.

The 6 month WBI thing hasn't changed. This probably isn't helping much but it took me nearly 4 hours to get my WBI after my thank you for applying email. I got the thank you email at 10:17am and got the WBI email at 2:05 pm.

How long ago did she apply? Sometimes the WBI emails will take about 1.5 hours to a day to arrive. However, even if she gets stuck in submission, there is always a chance she will get one later on! ETA: everyone gets the "thank you for applying... due to the high number of applicants yadayada"...

I'm a ~science (using the term loosely bc reasons)~ major and I don't know why it would drop you a few years. Unless you extend, you would only be losing one semester of school, which depending on what your school offers, could be made up in the summer.

I just got off the phone (super duper short conversation haha) and he said I had to wait 6 months from when I left and since it has been I should be good to go and that there would have to be paperwork done either way? I guess he meant either whether I was restricted or not? I dunno. We shall see.

What's the number you called for this? My interviewer gave me the number to call recruiting, but all it said was an auto message saying to email them and nobody has emailed me back even though I got the "we'll email you in 3-5 days, blah blah" And when I call the general casting number I don't...

Thanks for the reply and information! Do you know if there's a reason they have us go all the way through the process to just be rejected? Wouldn't it just be easier to reject after we apply if there's still stuff we need to do to even be considered? I just want some sort of hope lol
