To Stopover or Not to Stopover

Hong Kong DL is the smallest in the world and a great way to spend a day (with or without family). The MTR train from DL resort station to Hong Kong International Airport takes 23 minutes and there is a luggage valet service and lockers at the park.

    Fantasy Deck 10 Noise

If you have an iPhone you could use Zen Garden app to generate the sounds of rain, ocean, brook, thunderstorm. Might be more convenient than carrying a separate white noise generator.

    Over Planners Annonamous

What a relief to find this thread. Now I realise that making a 30 day laminated countdown calendar (featuring a disney character image for each day until departure for our next DCL/WDW trip) is not weird but just a way of using creative skills to measure time. :artist:

    Confused over hopper passes

Just been over to Expedia to check conditions on the 14 Day Aussie only tix. OT: how young is too young for a trip to disney?

We took children (DD16, DS13) to HK DL for their first Disney experience age 12 and 9 years. It is the smallest DL in the world and has traditional MK features. A great intro to the Disney theme park experience. A good way to test if younger children are comfortable meeting the characters and...

What are your essentials that you bring to the park?

A cross body bag is great. You do not need to take it off like a backpack to get things out. Can easily stay over your shoulder on many rides. Does not crash into other people when waiting in line.
