    All you can drink package

Where are you getting the info about having to buy it for each day of the cruise? The link you provided doesn't say that. I assumed it would be like Carnival's soft drink package, which is a la carte, in that you can buy it one day, and not the next.

    All you can drink package

If I were going on a Carnival Cruise, I would definitely buy this on sea days. I don't know if it would be worth it on port days, but I'd definitely use it on days when spending a lot of time on the ship.

    All you can drink package

When I cruised on Carnival a few weeks ago, a simple bottle of Miller Lite was like $6.50. Coronas and the like was a dollar or two more apiece. Simple well drinks (bloody marys, gin & tonics, old fashioneds, ect.) were in the $8-9 price range. Because of all that, I did very little drinking...

    I can't BELIEVE I forgot _____?

How odd. I always found belts unnecessary as long as one's pants aren't in danger of falling down.

    Semi-Formal night on the Magic

Don't get too excited about the lobster tails. Last time I was on the Magic, they were very small (about 4-5 bites each) and very tough and flavorless - like they had been cooked and then sat under a heat lamp for a couple hours.

    Dress for dinners

Jeans and a nice shirt shouldn't look too out of place on formal night and especially on semi-formal night. If your guys choose to dress that way on those nights, they won't be the only ones in the dining room wearing jeans.

    Dress for dinners

Why? You are still free to dress up as much as you'd like to.

    Dress for dinners

Well, based on my past experience, as a teen, you could dress him in jeans on those other nights as well and he would not be out of place either. There will certainly be lots of people not in jeans on formal night, but you'll see some (especially teens and children) in jeans or even shorts on...

    Dress for dinners

You're welcome. The most annoying thing about these dress code threads is when someone asks a simple question and folks give a patently false, or misleading answer. It's like they're trying to fool someone into following their own personal dress code - no the one that DCL uses on the ships.

    Dress for dinners

Posts #3 and #5 which indicate that jeans and especially skinny jeans aren't allowed.

    Margaritaville Cozumel

Disney doesn't always use the same pier in Cozumel though, does it? I know one is closer than the other WRT Margaritaville.

Try this one. The Cozumel store has it's own facebook page. Looks like they were posting on there this morning, so I'd say it's all good. http://www.facebook.com/mvcozumel

    Bringing Alcohol Onboard

Or, just get a nice small bag with wheels that you can roll around. That's what I did last time and was able to brings 4-5 bottles of wine, 3-4 bombers of craft beer and a 1.5 liter bottle of rum.

    Bringing Alcohol Onboard

Same thing happened to me on one of my cruises, but I didn't take a receipt. I explained it to the custom's agent and she told me it wasn't a big deala nd waived me right on through.

    Do laundry on your cruise?

I just have to say, I love your user name. And when I first saw it, the first thing that popped into my head was "...And the Snow Dog! Prepare for Battle! Let the fray begin!"

    Do laundry on your cruise?

I'm kinda hinky about using public washing machines now since reading a thread on here a while back about folks using them to wash their baby's cloth diapers.
