How long does it usually take to receive notification that your contract has been sent to Disney for ROFR? Contract was signed Friday, and I received a receipt that Mason charged our card for the deposit today, so I was expecting to have it sent for ROFR today. Does it take a few days for that...

I received another "scolding" from an agent as well for my low offer ($90/pt SSR). Had to tell them we already own multiple contracts and I'm well aware what the market is currently sitting at and what contracts are going for and that my offer stood as is. :rolleyes2

Thanks for the advice on the SSR contract everyone! I appreciate it..going to hold firm and not listen to the agents that are trying to convince me that above $100 is a good deal right now.:)

Is $90/pt for 200-300 point SSR contracts with no banked points (but full points for current UY) and seller pays closing costs a realistic offer? I've put a few out there, but have gotten either no response, or a firm "no" with not even a counter. We're not desperate to buy more points and are...

Has anyone been able to book a shack or umbrellas at Typhoon Lagoon for Apr or May? Or are they still not available? Just wondering if it's worth a call as a month ago they weren't available.

We've used them, they did a good job and were fairly prompt!

Hope so! Day 34 of waiting over here…pretty sure our SSR contract will get grabbed up but would rather just find out one way or the other!

Not feeling much hope for our $125/pt contract. We submitted the day after these ones so at least we should hear back soon. I was really hoping Disney would have filled their quota one SSR points by the time our contract came across the ROFR desk.
