I booked a Cat 11 on July 1st for the Aug 2nd cruise, and Disney actually gave me a call aroung July 10th letting me know that they upgraded us to a Cat 9. This is our second cruise booked through Disney - and we got a military discount this time....I do think that the fact that we booked...
