I'm currently living in Patterson and LOVE it here. Vista definitely has a reputation but some of my coworkers live there and don't have any problems. Chatham and Patterson are similar, we have bigger closets though. lol

Yes registration is up now for fall and fall advantage. Exploration classes are free, collegiate classes have a small fee (around $30). I'm not sure if they will open up another section unfortunately :(
