Dansdad, does this mean water view can be anywhere except Trinidad? Or is there a standard water view and a preferred water view? Which section would I expect with a reservation of “Water or Pool view”?

You pick the room type and on the map you pick the island for an exact room that is entered on the request. Feedback here is that TP is not accurate with room types. The distance to Old Port Royale definitely has not been updated.

I agree. WDW should close portions of a resort while they refurb in sections or have construction. Booking 10-12 months in advance or closer, resort guests should not be expected to pay the same for subpar Disney experiences. Why would Disney decide to rip up all the grounds to replace or...

Paradise slammed two fold. Gondola view also took precedence of that no longer private quiet pool. The folks with vision must no longer be employed by Disney.

Today, I called Bell Services @ Shades and asked if they typically receive baggage from other Disney Resorts. I was told yes.

I’ve heard reports that if you leave your luggage with Polly Bell services they’ll bring it to shades but I can’t confirm

I just called to update the dates on my reservation. I asked if the room remodel updates were still in progress. She told me that refurb in both buildings is completed- all room are updated.
