I don't think my discount was applied either. I looked up the prices now which is an hour after I booked and it is more than what my quote was, but if I take 10 percent off of that price, it is less than my quote. How can you tell if the discount was applied?

You could get a large waterproof bag for it or a locking bag if you are worried. You could also likely get back and forth faster by walking. Like others have said, you often have to wait a while for a tram and you can often beat it by walking.
