I was just ROFRd on a 300 pt contract on ssr at 71/pp. The seller banked the 13 points for us so in August we would have had 476 points (if I recall exactly).we are first time dvc folks. I guess maybe we had too many points for them to let go for 71. Of course it makes me down to see them...

We have a contract waiting for ROFR right now and we went through Rachel at DVD Magic Resales and have been very happy with her and the communication. Now, just crossing our fingers we get through. Should hopefully hear in the next 2 weeks.

Prices on the cruise overall had decreased. We called and no such luck on our cat 3 as a decrease. However, there are currently 3 other cat 3s open on our sailing, so if anyone is sailing 10/4 3 night, then you might get lucky on a pier upgrade! Thanks everyone! Christie
