    candlelight processional 2012 possibilities

I'm contemplating a visit in December, but I'm really hoping to see more narrator sllots filled soon. My wife would be gaga for jim caviezel. We would both be thrilled to see Edward james olmos since we are battlestar galactic nuts. Jodi benson would be an excellent choice since we have 3...

    Ride Rehab frustration

Who's the Moosiest Moose we know, Marty Moose! love that movie... Anyway, I am SOO thankful that so few rides/attractions are down during our trip next week. WDW has a pretty small refurb list right now.

    Who drives to WDW

We are driving down on Saturday, me, DW, and kids 7-5-4. We've done this trip many times when the kids were younger (and one less, for that matter) and the trip is pretty easy with the babies. I'm hoping this one will go well. We're driving from North DE, about 17 hours at 60 mph straight...

Recommendations for a dining newbie, chime in dining experts!

Thanks for all of the great ideas! DDP isn't an option, we stay offsite. I know, shame on me. :) Boma should definitely be on my list. I've never heard a bad thing about it. Hopefully it isn't TOO different.

Recommendations for a dining newbie, chime in dining experts!

Crystal Palace is on my radar, and Sci-Fi is a great idea! I've always wanted to go there. The trick for me is dealing with my DW who is limited in her list of acceptable foods, and I my DD 5 is Autistic. It is still undecided if she is PDD-NOS or Aspergers. So there is still much to...

Recommendations for a dining newbie, chime in dining experts!

I'm a veteran of WDW, many trips over many years. However, we have never done much dining. Our WDW dining experience has consisted of chicken fingers, turkey legs and hot dogs. Maybe the occassional rotisserie chicken at Cosmic Ray's. We have dined twice at 50PTC and even more times at The...

Is once enough for Indiana Jones?

I don't like it much on a hot day. It does get stuffy in there. If it were just me and my wife, we would not see it much. But my girls like the show so we'll keep going. And being they are so young and we have a hard time splitting up to do ToT (our girls are wild!) we need all of the time...

The Conservative Thread-No Political debates please!

I haven't seen the show either. The main reason is that I don't get CNN. Okay, it comes in really fuzzy and sometimes I even get sound. I've been on board with Beck since he hit the air in Philly right after 9/11 and have always loved his show.

"Godless Heathens" Support thread - no bashing please :)

I tried UU for about 6 months some years back. While I didn't follow that path, they certainly were nice people and extraordinarily inclusive. They cast a wide, comfortable net. No pressure, no judgement.

    counter service lunches at AK

The Italian Sandwich is Bueno! at Pizzafari Flame Tree is the Best, but you'll be eating outside. If you are standing at the Tree of Life looking towards Dinoland, it is on your left before you get to Dinoland.

Who Wants To Be a Millionaire - Walk In and Win Week

Turns out I had better luck at playing the real deal. I once was 9th on the first fastest finger at WWTBAMPI. I never made the hot seat. I've been to Disney about 8 times in the last 4 years but have only gone to the attraction twice. I've got 3 wee little girls that would be bored to tears...

Who Wants To Be a Millionaire - Walk In and Win Week

I've never heard of the WIAW. What a cool idea! I just wanted to wish you all "Good Luck". BTW, and this may sound strange but....in the queue area, they play clips from past shows. Does anyone remember if they are still playing the "Sacagawea" clip?

What rides can you take a 10 month old on?

That sums it up well. It also depends on the child and his/her mood. I have 3 girls under 5 and we have taken about 8 trips over the last 3 years. The only rides we couldn't do were the height restriction rides and shows like Who Wants to be a Millionaire, because they would be bored. You...

"Godless Heathens" Support thread - no bashing please :)

Mike, I'm sorry that you take offense at my signature. I'll take you're name out right away. After our last discussion some time ago, I put it in in what I intended to be a tongue-in-cheek, light hearted manner. I meant absolutely no offense whatsoever and was not purposely trying to bait you...

Wow, I agree with you twice! I always enjoy a good Monty Python and "Temptations" suppositions were quite interesting. I remember how upset Scorsese was over the criticism he had taken. It was unfair really. I think the church really overreacted.
