My mother in law was unable to use her 5 day hopper, attached to our room, park reservations were made though. The other occupants used their tickets and reservations, does her ticket retain its value? she never used it at all, it was booked through Disney directly, can we save it?

Does the three bedroom suite (not villa), just have a small fridge in each room or does it have more kitchen stuff?
