Since this is the first time I have ever heard about this can you tell me do they have the rides open all night or is it just a dance party?

Just heard about the Disney All Night celebration on May 24 -25th Memorial Weekend. Has anyone gone to this before and if so do they allow some of the rides to be open or is it just a party?
