Always wanted to stay at the Poly and do the bfast with the Characters every time we are down there. Excited to stay there yes, ESPECIALLY if they do the overwater bungaloes but I bought OKW waaaaay back when and the point cost now is insane!

Heading "home" in two weeks to OKW for a week and to bring my son to college in Winter Park. Really looking forward to seeing the redone rooms and relaxing in a nice 2bdrm. 16 years later OKW is still our favorite.

I agree, there are no cons. It is away from the madness but close enough to enjoy everything. the grounds are beautiful and if you have to walk it is a pretty walk. and as everyone has already said, the room sizes are crazy!

We ALWAYS start off our vacation with 730 res at Ohana's. Great food, character pix and then a nice leisurely stroll to the monorail and in MK at the rope drop. Such a great way to start things off.

OKW for us. SSR while super convenient to DD almost has a feel of a large apartment complex. A beautiful one for sure but those large buildings next to each other just felt not as relaxing as being in the islands. Plus, with 3 kids the extra room is always welcome!!

We like to head over to the GF, their lobby is so beautiful to begin with let alone with the decorations up. Really, do the monorail drinking tour in the afternoon/evening and visit all 3. It is a great date!

This is actually a great walk/run trail. We love to do this early in the morning when we aren't heading into one of the parks. If you get out early enough we have seen all kinds of wildlife and are constantly amazed at how quiet it can be right there in the middle of the 'World'

Goodings at crossroads is convienient but crazy $. We like to head over to Publix. It is such a great grocery market! Compared to what we usually have to shop in it is like being on vacation haha
