Deck 10, 10658 and 10651, both have enormous verandahs. They book quickly, though. Google Disney Fantasy Deck plans and you'll find easy access to large verandahs (usually found in the rear of the ship...corners, or very deep aft (rear) verandahs).

Except you're forgetting...undoubtedly, the cost of bus transport, park admission and personnel needs has been incorporated into the cruise rate.

No concerns...just like 2012, you don't have to specify a time to return to the ship. I'm sure they will be running until after the evening entertainment. Remember in 2012 the last busses returned at 11:00pm or later? It was late summer, so the parks were open much later.

Ditto. We've done the dolphin encounter and the sea lion encounter. Both are fabulous experiences....lots of great memories!

For what past history is worth, our very first DCL cruise was in a VGT, the last week of August in 2012.
