The fruit basket and drinks are included in the cabana fee. I'll let you know what's on the menu when I get home (i'm at work), but we had hamburgers, popcorn shrimp and chicken strips.

You are allowed to cancel your cabana up to 4 hours before, which seems odd to me if it starts at 9 am you'd have to call by 5 am!!!! Just call the front desk and ask for the fitness or recreation center....they take the cabana reservations.

The sodas are part of the cabana charge...we took the left overs back up to the room.

I got a half day after somebody on this board was told they didn't do that anymore....I think you could probably convince them to do 9-3, I just don't understand how they can only have half days from 3 to 9 if they don't do the morning from 9-3????

Forgot to update this after I got back....you can see a trip report about my cabana day, but we had #9 and the music was not loud at all....we were at the pool 4 days and it was never too loud.

I can't swear to this but I think cabana's 3 and 4 are in the shade, not sure what your preference is. We had cabana 9 which is on the sand side of the pool and near the slide and hot tub. This way your lounge chairs are in the sun. I would suggest calling back about the 1/2 day, it IS...

call the hotel and ask for the fitness center, they do the cabana's..they will add it on to your room bill

We had room 3144!!!! Man I'm sorry, but it seemed like it took forever to get to our room....I think they needed another set of elevators in the middle of these halls!!!!

What is fan club?

what is the entertainment rate for club level? I'd like to plan a trip for my hubby's birthday in Sept, but I'm not into the planning stage yet, just got back 3 weeks ago from a pool view room with the kids, but I'd love to do the club level as adults!

my biggest tipping expense was to keep getting my luggage!!! We first tipped the valet when we unloaded at the front door when we got there, the room wasn't ready so then when we got it delivered 4 hours later we had to tip again...then the same when we left...they held it for us for the day...

we didn't have vcr in our cabana.....my sister watched the nascar race and in the next cabana they were watching basketball....you hear it if you are actually inside the cabana, we were in #9 and the music wasn't bad at all.

I just got back and I'm jealous!!!! One day last week they had the parade during the afternoon, I don't know why!!! Have a great time!!!
