I had an 'upgraded' room last week, but was still disappointed in its performance, as the thermostat only went to 68 (I like it cooler)..and never really chilled the room effectively to me.. David

My time was a few minutes above usual, but certainly acceptable regarding the photo stops ( and one unplanned potty stop, seemed I over hydrated beforehand, and didn't time the prerace stop accordingly...) In regards to the blistering issue, from my experience with numerous toe foot issues...

Anyone staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort? Stopped by Walmart and bought a cheap plastic poncho and a plastic painter's drop cloth for any rain conditions...certainly won't run in the poncho, way too hot, but if the rain starts before the race, hopefully it will help...thinking about...

I am solo as well, but in a conference this week...going to try and get some park time in later tonight , tomorrow, and hopefully Sunday ... But weather Sunday is iffy??? David

Can someone tell me how large the provided clear gear bags are? I have a soccer sack bag with drawstrings that I use to carry running gear on my back...so would prefer to use this style post race to walk around with... So would I be able to simply put my bag into the clear bag to check in? Thanks

jeanigor- Change of shoes maybe? Good idea.... If that is the case...Perhaps a bring a few large ziplok bags and put ice in them....So, will ice be available to use this way? David

So I am trying to plan the best list of stuff that I need to have available after the race (before the party), and was hoping to get some feedback from everyone..I have read a few good hints along this long thread...Any thoughts on additional items to consider? I will be by myself, so won't be...
