Abbeybeth - you should def. train for the ToT 10 miler! I just finished the marathon and it was a lot of fun..I also finished 10th which was also fun..haha. I actually coached college track for four years, and had kids deal with shin splints, just take it slow and you should be OK, your shins...

hahaha...no need to bow, I've had a couple of good marathons so I lucked out and got a good number. It's genetic too, my father is bib #498! Merry Christmas everyone!!

I'm heading down Friday morning and I usually fly out of JFK. I'm closer to JFK then I am to islip...but Islip is a great airport! I think my bib # is 28 so I'll keep a look out for everyone!! I'm so excited..haha

Good luck at the Tower of Terror 10 miler!! I'm thinking of doing it because I've done the Wine and Dine and the Marathon (going for the marathon in a two weeks!). You'll have a great time! The Disney races are awesome and everyone is so nice and helpful!! Have fun!!
