Flight is booked, so I guess we will be joining you on WBTA. We had a great time on the 2015 WBTA BCN-MIA, so we booked the 2016 WBTA while onboard.
It is a great, relaxing vacation.
We are 4 (DS 8 & 5) from Toronto.
Barcelona is a fantastic city. Easy to move around. Lots to see and...
We are late to the dance... Can't believe that our flight to BCN is less than a week away.
We are Mark, Darlene, DS Finn (7) and DS Keats (4). We are experienced cruisers, but this is our first TA.
The boys look forward to meeting the other DS and DD at the club and lab. We plan on checking...
Payed balance this morning. Just have to book flights.
We are Mark 45, Darlene 43, DS Finn 5 & DS Keats 2.
We cruised the Magic from Galveston on the 8-day in February. We missed CC, so we are trying again.
We cruised the Magic from Galveston in Feb 2013. Somewhere around 95% of cruisers were new to Disney.
Palo was dead. The waiters complained that no one knew that the restaurant was there.
We were one of 3 or 4 couples at the Gold/Platinum Party. There were more ship officers than pax...
Has everyone made their bus res for WDW day? Wanted to mention that a Hopper pass is included:
Included in your cruise fare is a 1-day Walt Disney World Resort ticket with Park Hopper® option for each Guest in your travel party. At Port Canaveral, complimentary roundtrip transportation is...
We are Mark, Darlene, DS Finn (age 5 during cruise) & DS Keats (will be 2) from Toronto.
We booked KFO and are looking forward to cruising from Galveston, although the logistics have been much harder than Port Canaveral or even Port of Los Angeles (direct flights are expensive and to IAH...
I have been sick on two previous Magic cruises and did not get sick this time!We were on the 2/12-19 Wonder MR. We saw no illness and were thankful for the extra precautions. We hate seeing grazers and testers at the buffet line. We had a 1 year old at Flounders and a 4yo at the club/lab, so...
Am I the only one that was surprised by the set boarding time? I wish that I had completed my online cruise forms sooner. We don't board until 130p.
We've cruised Disney before, but not from LA. Is this something new to DCL or is it an LA thing?
Safe travels. Wish us luck (4.5 hour...
Anybody just back from the Wonder? 4 yo DS wants to know what movies are playing? We cruise this Sunday.
Can we still call DCL to get the movie list? Is it a recording or do you have to wait for a live CSR?
Thanks in advance.
For those who missed the good AAA rate, there is a decent deal now available at the San Pedro DoubleTree. On the Hilton site, look for the "Any Weekend, Anywhere Sale." It is a prepaid, but the rate is 1K $119+ or 2Q for $126+ on Feb. 11. PM if you can't find the link.
Welcome Harley Chic...
We are Mark, Darlene & 2 DS (ages 4 & 1 at cruise time). We were anxious to get back cruising & KFMR sold us on this cruise. We booked 10B GTY.
It will be our 15th-ish cruise and fifth on DCL (three times on the Magic - 2x Western Caribbean for Valentine's and once in Med. One previous...
We had a nice stay at the Novotel Barcelona City in May after Med. cruise. Our room had a king plus a double pull out couch. Good size room. Great breakfast. Green line tram and Glories mall right outside. Also, check out HI Express.
Had a fantasic cruise. Loved the ports and time on the ship. Just feel a bit gipped that we did not get to enjoy the last day at sea due to weather.
We are seasoned cruisers and that day was one of the most uncomfortable experiences that we have had at sea.
The sea had been like glass...
Maybe not the right thread, but just wanted to add that there are some DIY options. We were on the 4/24 with DS2 who was not up for 7 hour excursions. He was only interested in the train and bus rides anyway...
Malta - our favourite port! used the local bus from the port up the hill to the...
Although we did not get to the beach, we had a fantastic time in Tunisia on the 4/24. We faced no language barriers, especially in the tourist and the Souks areas where all spoke English. Most signage was in French and easy to navigate. We found the cabs cheap - 10 tunisian dinars from Tunis...
BBC news is reporting that the winds are shifting towards North America and sending the ash our way. Luckily, it appears to be headed towards low population/traffic areas in Labrador and Northern Quebec.
Just checked the forecast for our ports. Looks good - mostly sunny & daytime highs of...
