I have no idea about changing the dates, but you can definitely check in very late. Both times we've arrived after midnight. (Best part is that the timeshare people aren't there that late :) )

Another vote for thrift stores. DD(5) is wearing Levi's, Lands End, and Gap Kids jeans this year--all were $2-3, and they're in good shape.

We just left Bonnet Creek this morning. It was fabulous. We'll definitely stay there again. Having the space was so nice, and we loved the kitchen and washer/dryer. Our kids had a blast at the pool. I'd vote Bonnet Creek, too.

We lined up for Maleficent before the Villains show started (Sunday 10/24). There was a rope to the far left in front of the stage and a CM posted there. She told us it was the Maleficent line. Dwarves were across from the Pooh ride, slightly down towards Toontown.
