We just did 4 nights at YC and 4 nights at Poly. We took a few bags with essentials and took a cab to the poly in the am. We sent the bigger heavier bags with bell services. We wanted to have our swim stuff there to use the pool when we got back from the parks in case our bags didn't arrive...

I haven't stayed at BW, but would definitely choose YC over BC. The rooms are newly redone and you are guaranteed a balcony. That extra space comes in handy for a family of 5.

Double check your phone number in the MDE app. Go to my account and then contact information. When I checked they only had my home phone, even though I put my cell in the space for online check-in.

I'd say Yacht Club. It the same proximity and pool as BC, but the rooms were redone this year. You also will have a definite balcony at YC. I just got back from my first stay there this week and it was amazing. Short walk to Epcot and the Boardwalk for cocktails. We stayed at the Poly too...

The onion rings are really good! My daughter loves wings and got the appetizer sampler and the wings were so hot she couldn't eat them. I had the caprese sandwich. It was good. Agree with sticking to basics. We go every year b/c we love the atmosphere, def a must-do.

It was called "Pan Asian Noodles" on the allergy menu, with ginger garlic sauce.

We had an 8am Kona reservation and a 9:50 ME pickup for a 1:00 flight. We checked the luggage after breakfast and still had a little bit of time to spare. You should be fine. I think it's a good idea to do your bags before breakfast.

Definitely California Grill. Narcooses, The Wave and Flying Fish also have vegetarian menus. Food was good at all of them!

I had the Pan Asian noodles at Kona this week for dinner, but ordered them off the allergy menu to avoid the peanuts in the noodles on the regular menu. I added tofu. They were delicious!
