We went on it twice while we were there this past week. It broke down the second time we went on it, and we were waiting about 20 minutes before it resumed. Maybe they need to grease the tracks a bit!

Our group of 12 that just went, one person had their's fall off, never recovered. Several of us had ours fall off of us suddenly without notice but we realized it immediately and grabbed it. The one who lost theirs just received a gray temporary one to use in its place from the front desk...

We went straight from All Star Music Resort to both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, and then straight back. However, that was in the morning hours heading to them, and around 12-1pm heading back to resort. Never went to Disney Springs on either ride.
