Good to know, thanks. I won't count on any discounts other than perhaps the room rate being slightly cheaper that time of year. But reserving the room we want now to guarantee it does seem like a good decision. Then if we decide to change to a package we'd get to keep the same room, right...

Thanks so much. If I book a room only now, can I change it to a package rate later? If there is a discount offered closer to our dates (i.e. free dining) can I keep the same room and have them amend the pricing?

My husband and I would like to book a room at Port Orleans French Quarter in January 2019. I'm thinking the week of January 23-30 works to avoid any holidays. Can someone please tell me what is the earliest I can book the resort? On the Disney site it only shows availability until December 2018...

We have a Toy Story Mania fastpass from 2:30pm - 3:30pm and a dinner ADR at 3:40pm at Mama Melroses. How much time should we expect to be inside doing Toy Story? I'm thinking we should probably get there by 3:00pm.....

I've read that S'Mores aren't on the Prime Time menu anymore, but they are still available for those with specific diets. So if you're ordering from the regular menu, do you just ask your server for them when you order your meal? :confused3

Thank you SO MUCH Robo! I thought that the Railroad didn't run at all while the parade was going on.

I know the Railroad isn't operational during the parade. We will be trying to leave as quickly as possible after watching the parade in Frontierland. After it's gone by, can we exit through Adventureland and then down Main Street either through the stores or along an open path of some sort?
