Will there be a giveaway this year?

They've done a giveaway every January since 2012 - I know, that's what started my sweepstakes hobby. I'm really hoping that there is one again this year, and that I will finally win a trip!

    Vacation a day sweepstakes 2016???

That's why I'm here too - I'm hoping this will be our year. The way our finances look, I cannot see making a trip to the World anytime in the forseeable future unless I win one (and then I'm a little worried about paying the taxes if we do).

"Jurassic World" = Disney World on steroids

We walked out of the theater talking about how it was Disney World with Dinosaurs. :rotfl:

    It's Back-January Trip-A-Day Contest!

I'm having trouble entering, have been trying for the past thirty minutes. I'm either getting "There was an error, please try again" or "Maximum submissions received" when I try to enter. :confused3

if you won the Disney Flip Side Contest

My top three choices would be: 1) Poly 2) Contemporary 3) Grand Floridian #2 and #3 are based on my other family members' desires to stay in those resorts. I would love to stay at the Poly one time. We've never stayed anywhere but value so anything above that would be awesome, though.

What am I not getting about Frozen?

I like Frozen. It was gorgeous in the theater in 3D. But I am so over it now, and honestly I think it was no better than Tangled. In fact, I would rather watch Tangled.

    2015 January Sweepstakes, Any News?

This may not be the correct forum, but it made sense to me to ask in Rumors & News. The past couple of years Disney has done a huge sweepstakes in the month of January, giving away one vacation per day for that month. Has anyone heard if they are doing this again in 2015? I know that the...

    Big Hero Six

Just got home from seeing it. My daughter and I went, while my husband and son opted for Interstellar, which they said was just OK. They feel left out because we loved Big Hero 6 so much. The two of us laughed, and we cried, and we laughed again, and it was amazing. I mean, probably my...

SWEEPSTAKES!!! 2014 Family Time Resolutions - WIN A VACATION A DAY

Third year in a row - maybe the third time will be the one for me!

    The Lone Ranger

Just saw it tonight, and I absolutely loved it. I think most people must have missed the point of the movie, based on the reviews. I thought it was fun, and very clever as well.

    Frozen worth seeing in 3d?

I have already preordered Frozen from amazon.com, and this is the first movie I have ever ordered the 3D combo pack. We don't have the equipment to watch 3D now, and may never, but this movie was so absolutely stunning in 3D I want to have that option available if we ever get a 3D TV and Blu Ray...

    Frozen worth seeing in 3d?

The movie is gorgeous and with amazing depth in 3D. I too hate gimmicky 3D movies, but Frozen just looks beautiful in 3D. And I cannot even imagine watching the short at the beginning without seeing it in 3D. See it in 3D, definitely!

Saw Disney's "Frozen" last night. Wow.

I did like the music - it reminded me of modern Broadway musicals like Wicked. And the trolls were awesome - what great and creative characters they were! I am definitely not someone who loves all things Disney without question - I don't like Snow White, Bambi, Princess and the Frog, any of the...

    Frozen!!!

Honestly, I loved every minute of Frozen. The animation was spectacular, and I liked the music. There was a lot of humor, but deeper messages as well. And I loved the little twist at the end. As far as the short... wow. It reminded me of sitting in the Philharmagic show at Disney World...

LTM Monsters Univ Pep Rally at HS

I was also there for the opening day of this, for the entire time. The music is very loud, you could hear it all over the park. There were activities around the area, and lots of people dancing. There was on CM who did a truly impressive Gangnam Style. :lmao: At some point, Mike and Sully made...

BOG Dinner - How long does it take?

We had an early ADR, I believe 5:15 or maybe 5pm. We were seated pretty much on time, and using the DDP we had entrees and dessert, and then went to see the Beast afterwards. I believe it took about 1.5 hours all together from the time we checked in until we were done. But we certainly didn't...

    Sci Fi

We ate there on June 14 for dinner, and we had milkshakes as drinks, and still got a dessert on the DDP. We did specifically ask our server about this, and she said we could do it. We each got a different flavor of shake, and we all agreed that they were nothing special and we wished we had...

    Great Movie Ride

I loved the Great Movie Ride. In fact, I would have ridden it again but my family vetoed it because it was too tame. The snakes part is Indiana Jones - my grandma has a phobia so I know how hard that can be. You can tell you are coming into that part, so you could just close your eyes maybe...
