Do a little shopping in EPCOT. By this, I mean go to each country and get a piece of cheese, a meat, fruit, veggie, bread, wine, etc. Then pick a good spot (I like the beach boat marina at GF and the beach at the Poly to have a little picnic and watch the fireworks show. Very romantic...

I like DTD on an arrival day. There are so many restaurants, both TS and CS that you have many choices. On an afternoon at DTD you shouldn't have a problem with long waits.

Not sure how long exactly CP takes, but no, I don't think you will have enough time or will be cutting it very close.

O'Hana is a good choice. So is Garden Grill. Consider more Resort Hotel Restaurants. Alot of them have great food & theming. The Whispering Canyon Cafe in the Wilderness Lodge is fantastic. The place is a great time for kids - they will absolutely LOVE :love: it, and the food is terrific...

I loved it and have done it twice! Plenty of food, singing, dancing and characters. If your kid likes to dance and sing and go a little nuts, this is the place for her! :woohoo:
