We just returned form the HRH. Two days before we were leaving I decided to call and change to Club Level using the Smmmer rates. Before I left, I had posted about the Summer Rates not being a qualified stay. I was really :furious: as this would bring me to platinum, but did it anyway :rolleyes...

I just called and spoke to someone about these rates. I was told they do not quallify. She even spoke to a supervisor and they cannot figure out why. While on the phone with me, the operator next to her, also had someone questioning why. Needless to say customer service is not open today...

How crowded does the club floor seem to be right now? There have been times when it has been like a zoo.

And how :sad2: I've been trying everyday for weeks to get an ADR. We decided on a last minute trip before school begins up North.

As CoolDisneyCat said most of the suites are on the very ends of the wings, this makes for a very long walk to the 6th floor lounge. There are very few rooms on the 6th floor. Pool view are usually smoking and there are about 6 savanah view rooms overlooking the sunset savanah.

Hope all goes well with your Dad. There are some heallth issues here also. I almost cancelled yesterday, hoping I won't have to. My prayers are with your family.

I've just booked our second visit to AKL! We'll be staying there following a Disney cruise, next February. I have AAA, so I asked the CM about getting a discount. They only had savannah, deluxe pool, or standard concierge rooms available with AAA. So...I went with the concierge!!!! :banana...

We always did morning EMH at MK when the boys were younger, now we avoid them. They do like to do EMH evening at MK. There is nothing like walking around MK after midnight. ::MickeyMo (They still whine :rolleyes: BRING BACK E-NIGHTS)
