Yes you can. We went to the Downtown restaurant at the New York hotel. Highly recommend. We went for dinner at 6pm and they had just opened for dinner. The food was super hot and tasted amazing. Best meal of our time at Disneyland.

I just returned from Disneyland Paris and we stayed at Sequoia Lodge. The air conditioning was excellent in our room and we were staying during very hot weather. The bed however was very hard and I had a hard time sleeping because of it.
