This is very weird. I've been going to TDR for the last 6 years that we've lived here in Tokyo and I've never once shown any ID for my kids to prove their ages.

This upcoming weekend will still have relatively high crowds since we're getting closer to Halloween. But if you're just looking to enjoy the park and can get there early for some FPs, it won't be a total waste.

How disappointing! Weather yesterday was yucky, which usually means better crowd levels, but since it was a holiday... :( Depending on when you may be able to do another half day, it may be worth it.

Your best bet is definitely Hong Kong on a weekend. Tokyo and Shanghai are way more crowded.

As someone who has been to both many times (I live in Tokyo), if you only have one park to pick, definitely go with DisneySea. I always love Disneyland, but DisneySea is so unique, you don’t want to miss it.

The lobby is filled with beautiful Disney details. A meal at Sherwood Garden restaurant is nice too. I stayed at the hotel a few months ago and those were the things that stood out the most to me (besides the room itself).

I've bought all mine either in the parks or at Hallmark. My husband just got me a few for mother's day from Amazon. I have no idea how much he paid for those..:scared:

I've stayed at both and feel it's worth paying a little extra to stay at POR. We love POR, it's much quieter and a peaceful break from the parks, unlike POP which is noisy and active. POR has several bus stops, but we never really waited too long for the buses. Plus POR has the boat to DTD...
