I have an Outer Building room reserved just in case we can't find a villa by the time we travel. Definitely won't ruin the trip. Haha. Just really hoping to not share a bedroom with my 22-month-old and have a kitchen to make her breakfast in the mornings.

Yes, I tried a cash reservation too. I've used David's before to book the VGF Grand Villa, but that was the only time so I'm not intimately familiar with the process. When I tried to book earlier this week they didn't have any VGF availability either.

A cash reservation. Usually the Villas are open to the public at 11 months out for cash reservations and to DVC members who have a different home resort at 9 months out for DVC point reservations.
