What exactly do you mean by the reps were having the issues? I am curious if this is just an impression you have or if you can cite a real example. Because I am pretty certain that the only "issue" is advertising by clients.

I think the only issue has ever been with clients advertising the agency. And that isn't the agency's fault.

As I said, Captain's Cooks will be open in June, monorail back up March 21 and no word on the pool yet.

Well I don't know who "Magic" is but the official word from Disney at this time is that there is no word on pool construction. This may change of course but I am going by the official Disney information as always.
