Yeah, I expected the kind of queue they have for Moonlight Magic, or on the Shop Disney site when there's a new merch drop. They know how to do it, they just haven't bothered to implement on this.

Yes, the Platinum tour adds the visit to Walt's (rebuilt) office - it's a replica of Walt's office, not the one he left behind. Also Platinum tour only allows 4 people, while Gold tour allows 8 people
