    D+Ds mom: I think you might be mistaken. There is no 3rd day free ticket where there is no expiration date. On every 3rd day free ticket, you have 7 days to use them.

    Actually- you can't. There is no official discount on annual passes for AP holders. Trust me. :) If that was the case, then a family of 5 buying annual passes would only buy 1 and then get a discount on all the others.

    OFFICIALLY, you do indeed have to pay for parking on the first day, wether you are coming to purchase your AP, or if you have the paper ticket and you need to get your photo taken. The reasoning behind this is that your Annual Pass will entitle you to 365 days of free parking, just not today...
