When we made all of our ADR's, we made them with space for 1 extra guest...just found out today we're going to have 2! (We're foster parents, so things happen!)
Are we going to be totally screwed if we show up with 7 and our ADR is for 6?
I'm not too worried about TS...I figure they're used to that. But for CS, it makes things two separate orders...CS employees can't split credits across two cards, can they?
I tried, and the agent said she couldn't since there were 3 adults.
Guess I'll go hit the resorts board and see if there's any way to get around that...
This really seems like poor planning on the Disney's part...I mean, they want families to travel together and buy the DP, but then they make it a big pain.
Are there any other options??
We just booked a trip and needed two rooms (connecting). Since the 2nd room had an adult, the WDWTC gal put them on two separate ressies.
However, we're going to be traveling as one party and eating as one party...how much of a PITA is this going to be? Like at a CS, are we going to have to...
For our next trip, we're anticipating having 3 or 4 kids with us. Obviously, too many for one bedroom. :)
However, I haven't been able to find any villas/homes/townhomes with 2 bedrooms that are decorated for kids. They often have one great room...but then another more adult-themed room...
We stayed there in December and really enjoyed it. There was some exterior landscaping work going on at that time, but we didn't see any interior work going on.
Got WiFi (had to work while on vacation), it worked like a dream. I can't remember exactly what I paid - I want to say $30 for a...
Has anyone ever had a box shipped to them at a timeshare?
Somehow, DH and I realized just last night in our last-minute packing that we don't have enough of a medical supply for DS (don't ask me how we ran low, I have no clue). There are no providers in the Orlando area, so I'm going to have...
There was also a coupon in the Star this a.m. for 1 free day of parking when you purchase 2 days or more. Good now through the end of the year (you have to park your car no later than 12/31).
There are several hotels going in at the Ronald Reagan/Ameriplex Pkwy portion of Exit 68. One appears to be open already, I don't usually go south of 70 to see the others.
The problem with the old terminal was the gate wings were too close together. That limited the size of plane that could come in, and thus limited a lot of convention traffic.
Plus, you had to taxi forever with the runway setup...this is supposed to reduce taxi time and fuel usage.
It's...
Depends on how fast you drive. ;)
I can get from that exit to the 74/275 split on the west side of Cincy in 1.5 hours driving about 75-80 mph along 74. This is without rush hour traffic.
Exactly. It's an entirely new airport in an entirely new building. Gorgeous facility, really.
In and out will be easier. No more dodging through that blind roundabout with a quick prayer. :)
Yes. I-74 to 465, you'll take that west to the westside of town. Hop on I-70W. Your very first exit will be Exit 68, Six Points Rd/Ronald Reagan Pkwy/Indpls Intl Airport. The airport ramp will be the first to go off on the right side of the ramp system.
HTH! We live right by here, and take...
We're still looking for 1900 Park Faire or CRT, any meal, on 12/6 for a party of 4 or 5. I have a Boma dinner for 5 on the same day that I can trade. Thanks!
LOVE ours at WDW...two trips now, and it was fabulous both times.
I definitely second the Skip Hop bag and the BOB console, both crucial.
For the plane ride, we bought this bag: http://www.leapsandbounds.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=534070&cmSource=Search
It was perfect. We got both...
We've now done 2 WDW trips with a foster little one...chiming in with what we've done/found...
I don't know if Disney has an official policy or not. Never hurts to ask. May be tough to add to ADRs, but who knows.
For documentation...you should receive some sort of foster contract from...
