We're here now. Everything is wonderful. Grounds exceptionally lush & well-kept. Pool chairs at 2pm are taken, but not at 10am. Some "saving" still goes on & I did see somone remove towels from 2 chairs that had been unoccupied over an hour. Shade seems to be the priority, instead of sunny...

It was discussed over the years that Tangaroa Terrace had serious asbestos issues & would require a difficult total tear-down. It was once a great place for a meal. We may have been breathing asbestos fumes o_O but it was worth it :laughing: :earsgirl:

Why would the Trust choose to give owners a 1-month booking advantage when they'd already be rewarded buying into the Trust & gain 11 month advantage for multiple resorts in competition with those that originally BOUGHT WHERE THEY WANTED TO STAY for the 11-mo advantage?
