BG: first timers, going to AK & MK for one day each. We will be doing RD for each park. Which rides should we choose for fp+? I have no clue. I don't think the kids will really be interested in meet & greets. I don't want to have to back track all around the park either. Thanks :)

We are going in early May and only have one day to spend in MK and one in AK. We are staying off site. Will we still be able to do the fp+ system? Is there any possibility that we will be able to snag a character dinner? I'd love to hear any ideas or suggestions for taking on a park in a single day!

I would absolutely recommend the Shark Navigator, hands down! The suction on it is incredible, it gets up so much. It works great on wood also. So, no need to sweep, then vacuum. It is also bagless, and has washable filters. Check out the reviews on Amazon, that's what sold me!

Could anyone suggest what would be good to do breakfast-wise on those mornings? I'd like to hit RD on each morning. And then do an 11:00 lunch. So, ideally we'd just need something light-ish to hold us over for lunch... We are staying at POP, do they have breakfast items in the morning?

I think we will try doing Tony's for lunch and 'Ohana for dinner on MK day 1. Kona Cafe for lunch and WCC for dinner on day 2. Thanks for the help!

I pretty much have the dining figured out for all of the other park days, just not our 2 MK days... LTT doesn't really sound too appealing for us. Tony's Town Square we are looking forward to trying. I think we will skip CRT, we want to do Akershus. So, it's really looking bleak for our two...

We are going in November, DD will be 2 and DS will be 6. We would like to try to stay away from buffets, however we will be going to Biergarten. What other non-buffet restaurants would you recommend? I don't want to bring them into stuffy, non-kid friendly restaurants on accident. ;)

Is last year's calendar a pretty good predictor of 2011? I'm looking in November. It is hard to try to make a plan and plan out ADR's at this point. It seems as though everything is done at the 6 month mark?? Calendar released and you can make ressies.

Are crowds higher during the week of thanksgiving, or during presidents week? As of now we are planning on going this upcoming thanksgiving, but am considering our mardi GRAS 2012 break, that coincides with presidents day that week. TIA
