My experience has been they let you use the fastpass even an hour or more after the printed time. They just sort of glanced at the fastpass and waved us through.

No, the ticket will not work for Fastpass unless it was used already to enter the park on the same day.

You are right, I also love the Small World ride. Maybe because I first saw it at the World's Fair in New York, 1964, and I remember, even though I was very, very small at the time. It is one of my earliest memories.

I haven't seen it reported in the news media, but oil is in fact biodegradable and is broken down by certain kinds of bacteria. So it will go away eventually, and faster in a hot climate like Louisiana than in Alaska.
