Hi, we have extended family of 13 going on this cruise.

Does anyone have a company they can recommend for the Juneau Dog Sled on Mendenhall Glacier with the helicopter? We’re on the 9 night cruise in July & we’re Pearl and it’s already sold out! Bookings opened Wednesday night.

Great to hear from another fellow Alaska cruiser. Per the DCL website it’s $25pp (for 2023) each way for transfers to and from the airport to the port.

We’re booked on the 9 night Alaska cruise this July. We can get a flight home at 1:35pm and are considering using DCL transfers from the ship back to the airport. I would like to hear feedback from anyone who used DCL transfers. Thanks so much!!😃

They are only a elevator ride away. The cruise ship is not like a resort, everything is compact and very quick and easy to get to. Other than embarkation day when people are confused about how to get around the ship, getting from point A to point B will take 5 minutes max!

The cabins are down a hidden hallway, so no foot traffic except for people staying in those cabins. They do not connect to another cabin, so no noise through the door (have experienced that way too many times!). They are not right next to the elevators, so no noise there. There’s a laundry room...

I was on the Fantasy 2 weeks ago, cabin 2556 and loved it!! In September we stayed in 2554. That’s our favorite spot!! We became Pearl with this last cruise.

I’m on the Fantasy Halloween cruise. I found it listed, but only on the 1st night. We always take advantage of the ability to book Palo twice and have it booked for the 1st night already. If it was offered another night I would have booked it.

We’re staying at ASMO and we just received a call that they’re coming to pick up our luggage in 15-30 minutes (we have DCL transfers). That’s promising!

What is the ship doing if it’s skipping CC? Is it going to Nassau, sitting somewhat idle in the ocean, coming back the PC early? I was typing this when someone sent the link. Thanks for keeping us updated! Come hell or high water, we’re gonna enjoy this cruise 🤪!!

Also on that cruise. I don’t think we’re going to Bermuda. I also think we’ll be taken to the Western Caribbean. The storm is predicted to turn north around Sunday, so I think CC & Nassau will remain on the itinerary. I’m good with whatever DCL decides to do!

They did drop additional days. I got a TP Finder notification yesterday at 5pm that I could get a reservation for 9/7.

I got 11:30-11:45 boarding group 7. We’re taking the DCL bus from ASMO that morning to the port. I was a little surprised at my boarding group number, but my guess is there’s a lot of pearl on this trip. I’m currently platinum. I have this cruise & one in October and I’ll be pearl then!!
