Yes, there is a business center in the conference center area. I went there last trip to pick up a package I had delivered there. It was kind of confusing to find as the conference area is large and on multiple floors but as usual everyone is very helpful to help you get where you need to go.

When i bought my TIW card in October it came with a list of where it waa taken. This was the first time for me but everywhere i would go in wdw to pay i would pull out my TIW, AP and DVC card and just ask them which one had the better deal. LOL
