Yes, the pack-n-plays are available ahead of time and you can also verify they have a high chair requested for your MDR visits. Once your in your stateroom, find your host/hostess to ask for a diaper genie as well. They will empty it twice a day when they come by for their tidy-up services.

I had a chance to briefly talk to Captain Henry (Dream) about this on our last cruise in May. It seems Upper Management is aware and they are actively looking at restructuring tiers/benefits.
